Hot off the Snitch Circuit are reports that Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag exchanged vows in a South of the Border wedding ceremony early Monday.

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that The Hills stars Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt have just eloped.

“They got married in Mexico,” a source close to the couple tells us.
