Snooki Drops 42 Pounds
Former Jersey Shore wildchild Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi says she’s lost 42 pounds since giving birth to her first child last summer. At 102 pounds, the reformed baddie credits a healthy diet and the guidance of tough celebrity trainer Anthony Michael with delivering thrilling results.
“I ate everything: brownies, cookies, pasta and a lot of cheese. But when I started working with Anthony, he put me on his Express Home Meals. I eat things like a burger wrapped in lettuce or a salad with strawberries and chicken.”
Snooki — who battled an eating disorder in her teens — struggled to regain her pre-baby body after the August arrival of son Lorenzo. In November, a discouraged Snooki revealed that the last 20 pounds of her pregnancy weight simply refused to budge. She also admitted she was unhappy the stretch marks on her stomach. The 25-year-old was determined to prove to her fiance, Jionni LaValle, that she has what it takes to be a total MILF.
“I lost it (the weight) for me, but I also wanted Jionni to know that I can be hot as a mom.”
On Twitter Wednesday, she urged followers to check out her bikini-clad shot on the cover of Us Weekly, writing:
“Hard work pays off Big thanks to my trainer.”
