Well this certainly gives a new meaning to the phrase Who’s That Girl?!

Here’s a look at the shockingly-skinny Madonna, sans makeup, leaving the Kabbalah Centre in New York on Saturday.

Is it the Summer heat that has The Material Girl looking beat, or are the star’s very public personal problems finally taking their toll on her face?
