The leading authority on everything couture based in NYC has announced that they will be implementing new guidelines on the recent contro surrounding the existence of skinny models.
The American organization isn’t the first of the fashion forward to put a curtail on collar bones and flat booties on the runway. Back in September, Madrid banned models who didn’t meet particular height/weight requirements from strolling down the catwalk.
