Exiting American Idol judge Simon Cowell has sparked rumors across the pond that he popped the question to new girlfriend Mezhgan Hussainy after the 36-year-old makeup artist was snapped with a huge sparkler on her ring finger following a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner at Mr. Chow in London on Sunday.

Cowell had vowed never to wed after splitting from his ex-girlfriend of six years, Terri Seymour, in November 2008.
