Shia LaBeouf will reportedly check into rehab in an effort to increase his chances of beating a DUI charge stemming from his serious car crash in Hollywood on July 27.

According to the New York Post, the 22-year-old Transformers star is preparing to check into rehab because “judges like to see it (rehab).”

A spokesperson for the actor declined to confirm the rehab reports, telling the Post: “Right now, we’re focusing on Shia’s hand.”
