Shia LaBeouf Not At Fault In DUI-Related Accident
He may have been drunk, but authorities say Shia LaBeouf was not at fault in the early Sunday morning accident in Hollywood that has the Transformers actor facing DUI charges.
The other driver apparently ran a red light and will be also be cited, says Los Angeles Sheriff’s spokesman Steven Whitmore.
“He was not at fault. We have strong evidence the other party ran a red light.”
