In case you missed it, Shia LaBeouf became the latest celebrity idiot slammed with DUI charge over the weekend.

Shia was arrested on suspicion of driving drunk early Sunday morning and was taken to a Los Angeles-area hospital following a two car collision that flipped the star’s green Ford pickup. The crash took place the corner of Fountain and La Brea in Hollywood around 2:24 a.m.

Here are a couple of photos of the truck Shia LaBeouf was driving during the crash.

“We responded to a call by LAPD. They were there before us,” Sgt. Scott Wolff of the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station said Sunday. “Mr. LaBeouf was transported from the scene to the hospital. Our deputies contacted him there. He was subsequently arrested, cited out and is currently at the hospital.”

Shia’s female passenger suffered minor head injuries, as did the driver of the other car. They have both been treated and released from the hospital.

Shia, on the hand, wasn’t so lucky. The one-time star of Disney’s Even Stevens, suffered a minor head injury and an injury to his left hand, for which he underwent surgery.

“His hand was smashed up pretty bad,” a spokesperson for the Sheriffs Department confirms.
