Transformers star Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday morning after refusing to leave a Chicago-area Walgreens Pharmacy. Shia refused to leave the Walgreens at 757 N. Michigan Av. around 2:30 a.m. He was detained by store security and ultimately arrested.
Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Laura Kubiak claims store security asked the twenty-one year old former ‘Even Stevens’ star “several times that he was not welcome in the store and must exit because he appeared to be intoxicated.”
Shia was “very courteous and polite,” and he posted bond before 7 a.m.
He has been charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and is scheduled to appear in court in Branch 29 on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.

I’m worried about this fellow (my future husband) yes he looks good in his mugshot but he shouldnt have had one… ever!!!
But you know people make mistakes and hopefully he doesnt fall into the hollywood lifestyle… just be scared if rumors ever start about him and Lindsay Lohan hooking up then we’d know he’s off the deepend.
And if he ever does anything like this again I’m going to Chicago!!! And it wont be for hugs and kisses!
