Oh, we at PopCrunch just love us some Courtney Love. Aside from her being a complete car-wreck of a human being, she’s also the reason for this blogger’s very first tattoo (a ring-around-the ankle mistake from the mid-90’s. Yuck).

US Weekly is reporting that Mrs. Cobain recently had a little tune-up while she vacationed in Paris. She reportedly had her notoriously bad plastic surgery tweaked, scoring herself some smaller lips and a wider nose.

Far from hiding her work (at least she gets props for honesty), Love showed up to the “Freedom Writers” premier last week looking kinda swollen and banged up. Gotta love her quote: “I’m not gonna comment on (the work) tonight…I just think me looking human is cool.”

Now THAT is the understatement of the year!
