Criminal Minds star Shemar Moore was hit by a car while riding his bicycle in Los Angeles on Saturday, TMZ.com learned on Monday.

A rep for the Emmy-winning actor reports that Shemar was rushed to a local hospital were he was treated for a broken leg.

He is expected to make a full recovery.

Shemar Moore is best remembered for his portrayal of photographer Malcolm Winters on the long-running daytime drama The Young & The Restless.
