Shawn Johnson Acting Role In Kids’ Movie
She’s already got a Dancing With The Stars disco ball trophy and an Olympic gold medal to her credit and now Shawn Johnson’s hoping to add an Oscar to her collection.
The pint-sized gymnast has revealed that she is interested in breaking into acting. Shawn, 17, recently confirmed that she has been offered a lead role in an upcoming children’s film and is debating putting her college plans on hold to accept the part.
“I got an offer for a movie,” Shawn told reporters early this week, adding that she only has a month decide whether or not she’ll take the job. “It’s nerve-wrecking,” she says. “I have a lot of decisions to make.”
