Sharon Osbourne has left her post alongside American Idol’s Simon Cowell and Aussie pop star Dannii Minogue as a judge on The X-Factor. Executives for British network ITV announced the Osbourne Family matriarch would not be back for a fifth season of the smash UK talent challenge in a statement released on Friday.

“Sharon Osbourne has decided to leave The X Factor after four fantastic years. ITV thanks her for her immense contribution to the show and for all her humour, compassion and energy. She has been a tremendous judge and mentor on the programme but we respect her wish to leave and wish her the very best with her future projects.”

Don’t worry, Sharon’s won’t be out of work. The former star of MTV’s The Osbournes will host VH1’s latest celebreality spinoff Charm School 2: Rock Of Love, premiering on the music network later this year.
