Carrie and The Girls are sexing up the summer.

Sex And The City 2, the second motion picture based on the smash HBO series of the same name, will trot into theaters just in time for Memorial Day Weekend, opening May 28, 2010, Exhibitor Relations announced on Wednesday.

The first Sex And The City film, which debuted to packed theaters last May, set a new precedent for the so-called “chick flick” after it grossed $415 million worldwide.
