Selena Gomez topless? Say it ain’t so, gurl!
A photograph that appears to show the Wizards of Waverly Place actress topless has been branded a fake.
Selena — a girl so clean-cut that she’s often spotted wearing a purity ring — and her conservative family are considering legal action against a creative Photoshopper who doctored-up an image which appears to show the 18-year-old half-naked and released it online this week.
Attorneys have issued a cease and desist letter to the unnamed creator after the picture surfaced on the internet.
“The alleged photo of Selena Gomez is absolutely not her. Selena’s family is pursuing all available remedies to deal with the offender,” a spokesperson for the singer/actress told TMZ.com Wednesday.

The picture is a fake. On the fake picture, look at the top of her neck on the left side, right underneath the left earring. Her neck is sort of jutting to the left in a completely unnatural angle for someone whose head is facing frontwards. To achieve that angle her head would have to be turned in the opposite direction, which it is not. It is facing the camera straight on.
That’s where you can tell for certain that the photo is faked, and that Selena’s head has been pasted onto another girl’s body.
Also check out the blurred line along her jawline. It’s been blurred and sharpened with photoshop.
Selena is a good girl and whoever is passing this photo off as real is sick.
