Miley’s out, Selena’s in? Despite standing behind Miley Cyrus during the fallout over her semi-nude photo for Vanity Fair Magazine, Disney heads are reportedly looking to push the fifteen year old Hannah Montana star out of the spotlight in favor of grooming clean-cut Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez as their next big star.

Disney executives are so worried about Cyrus’ recent controversies that, more than ever, they want to make Gomez an even bigger star, according to an E! News report.

“Selena sings and acts and is really young,” a spywitness snitches. “She is going to be the next Miley Cyrus. [Disney executives] really want this….The studio has high hopes for this,” E!’s source says.

After a series of questionable photos of Miley have made their way to the media, do you think it’s time for Disney to consider replacing America’s Most Popular Teen?
