The German supermodel and her husband — who is expecting their third child together later this year — chose a “White Trash” theme for their fourth anniversary wedding vow renewal ceremony in Malibu over the weekend.

They planned to hold the annual do in Mexico, where they got married, but cancelled because of the swine flu scare.

Heidi, 36, wore her hair in cornrows, and Seal, 46, wore a mullet wig and an American flag jacket.
