Live from New York…Saturday Night Live kicks off a 38th season this weekend — with host Seth MacFarlane, musical guest Frank Ocean and three new “featured players.”

The new faces are Phoenix’s own Aidy Bryant; Cecily Strong from suburban Chicago; and Tim Robinson, a native of the Motor City. Each is well-known on the Chicago improv scene and has performed at Second City — where SNL executive producer Lorne Michaels spent some time recruiting new talent over the summer.
