Everyone is hoping to see Governor Sarah Palin make a cameo appearance on the classic NBC sketch series Saturday Night Live before the presidential election this November, but SNL producers say it’s unlikely that Palin will come face to face with spot-on spoofer Tina Fey.

“Of those specific rumors, there’s no truth. We do have an open door policy, but there’s nothing specific yet, but our window of opportunity is before the election. We’d love to have McCain and Obama on again, too. Our doors are always open,” SNL’s Seth Meyers told Newsday on Tuesday.

“They’re all pretty busy.”
