Sarah Jessica Parker Will Replace Rehabbing Demi Moore in ‘Lovelace’

Less Moore, more SJP.
It’s a rough road for Demi Moore — with her hospitalization and divorce putting her personal life under the media microscope. Now, the 49-year-old’s acting career has taken a hit too.
Moore has been replaced by Sarah Jessica Parker in the new movie about 1970s porn star Linda Lovelace, rather obviously titled Lovelace. The film is one of two biopics about Lovelace currently in production.
It will trace Lovelace’s rise to fame in 1972′s Deep Throat, her traumatic marriage and eventual anti-pornography activism. Production began in California last month.
Parker will now play the role of feminist author and anti-pornography activist Gloria Steinem, acting alongside Amanda Seyfried as Lovelace, James Franco as Hugh Hefner and Peter Sarsgaard as Lovelace’s abusive husband Chuck Traynor.
Moore pulled out of the project this week after being rushed to hospital allegedly having “convulsions” from “smoking something … similar to incense.” Moore dropped out of the movie about 1970s porn star Linda Lovelace this week after a trip to the hospital for undisclosed reasons.
Her publicist has since said Moore is being treated for exhaustion after the stressful breakup of her six-year marriage to actor Ashton Kutcher.
