‘American Idol’ host Ryan Seacrest has urged Britney Spears to stay out of the public eye and spend more time at home if she hopes to avoid public humiliation.

“I don’t understand her constantly being in front of the cameras. There will be days when she goes shopping or when she goes out in the midst of all this and I sort of thing she shouldn’t.”
