Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have reportedly called time on their two-year romance. “Busy work schedules” is being blamed for the bust-up.

Celebrity snoops spilled the beans on the split in a chat with People magazine on Friday. Ryan, 38 and the 24-year-old former Dancing with the Stars champ are said to have been talking holy matrimony before their abrupt split. Julianne — who currently appears opposite Josh Duhamel in The Safe Haven — previously admitted juggling work and a relationship was tough.

“It’s a hard thing to do, especially when you’re so caught up in your work and bettering yourself. I think at the end of the day you have to find a balance with what’s really important.”

The exes made headlines earlier this month, after Hough left $100,000 worth of jewelry given to her by Seacrest in her parked car and returned to find it stolen. She’d been visiting a friend in Los Angeles at the time of the theft. The car showed no signs of forced entry.
