The new cover of Entertainment Weekly shows Ryan Reynolds in his Green Lantern costume.

The Green Lantern is one of the most anticipated films at next weeks comic book convention, Comic-Con. The film is set to follow the origin story of both Green Lantern, and his not so mild mannered alter ego, test pilot Hal Jordan.

Reynolds dislocated his shoulder Monday while filming scenes on the Texas set of the superhero blockbuster. According to reports, Reynolds is “in lots of pain” and has taken the remainder of the week off.
