Lisa Lepore, mother of former model Jasmine Fiore, was comforted by family and friends at a news conference at the Buena Park City Hall, in a Buena Park, Calif. on Thursday evening. Buena Park police Lt. Steve Holliday told reporters that the investigation into Jasmine Fiore’s gruesome slaying is on-going — and so is the manhunt for her ex-husband, former Megan Wants A Millionaire contestant Ryan Alexander Jenkins.

A $10 million warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Lt. Steve Holliday revealed to the press that the “fingers and teeth were removed” from the former swimsuit model’s petite body, which was found stuffed in a large, blood-stained grey suitcase and tossed in a dumpster.

Whoever did this to that poor girl is one sick puppy…Ryan Jenkins was arrested for assaulting another ex-lover in 2005. He was then picked up in April and charged with battery constituting domestic violence after allegedly punching Fiore in the arm, The Orange County Register reports. How the hell did a slimeball with a history of violence against women get on TV?

VH1 has some explaining to do. Don’t they have a responsibility to check these people out or is it okay to be a homicidal psycho just as long as you serve up a healthy dose of tomfoolery while the cameras are rolling?

Jenkins, 32, and Fiore, 28, were married in Las Vegas in April of this year. The marriage was annulled a short time later. Fiore’s mother cites Jenkin’s explosive jealously as one reason the marriage failed.

Robert Hasman was a former boyfriend of Fiore, who reconnected with her in the weeks before her death — much to Ryan’s displeasure.

“Ryan Jenkins is an animal. What he has done to Jasmine is unspeakable,” Robert said at tonight’s press conference. “Jasmine was a beautiful person. She was a very caring individual. She loved her family and friends. A lot of the information you’re seeing in the news [about her] is not true. She had a lot going for her.”

Jenkins, a Canadian citizen and wealthy investment banker, is believed to have crossed the northern border into Canada in a speedboat – the U.S. Marshalls are working with the Royal Canadian Police to apprehend him. He is considered armed with a handgun and extremely dangerous.

“There will be no stone unturned, and we will look under every rock for him,” Holliday declared.
