The Jonas Brothers say there are no hard feelings over the bashing they took at the hands of Video Music Awards host Russell Brand at Sunday night’s ceremony.
The British comic has apologized-well, sorta -for making fun of the young men’s decision to wear purity rings to demonstrate their devotion to saving themselves for marriage.
In an interview with the BBC, oldest brother Kevin says Russell didn’t ruin their big night: “We had a lot of friends there and everybody’s so nice. We had a good time.”
“For us it’s cool to see that he recognizes we are gentleman,” Nick added. “I think he did a good job. We saw him on Conan O’Brien and thought he was hilarious.”
