Heartbreak is just around the corner for Katy Perry, an ex-girlfriend of British comic Russell Brand claims. Fellow Brit Georgina Baillie has little faith in the staying power of Katy’s romance with the notorious lothario, which began shortly after last month’s MTV Video Music Awards.

“Everyone knows you don’t date Russell Brand seriously.” Baillie blabs in the Oct. 19 issue of Life & Style. “Russell likes the idea of having a serious relationship, but when you’ve got all these different flavors of ice cream offered to you on a plate, you’re not going to stick with vanilla, are you? I don’t think he’s ca pable of monogamy.”
