Rocker Pete Doherty is in trouble with the law again after being caught in the passenger’s seat of a stolen vehicle.

He has been charged with failing to stop for police, driving without due care and attention and not having a test certificate, insurance or driving licence. British police will take no further action against the rocker attached to model Kate Moss.

Earlier this week, the BBC announced that Pete, known for his dope doing ways, has been banned from appearing on its children’s television programs.

And despite getting her job back at Burberry, Pete and Kate won’t ever be formally walking down the aisle if the bad boy has anything to say about it:

“I’m never getting married. I don’t believe in it. Kate and I are in love – I worship her – but we’re not going down the aisle. I’m happy the way it is.” The couple is rumored to have already had a Thai commitment ceremony in 2006.
