The heiress signed to the Lil Wayne-affiliated Cash Money Records and 2013 and spent much of the past year writing or co-writing songs for her forthcoming album. The still-untitled disc will serve as the follow-up to Paris’ self-titled 2006 debut.
The lead single: A little, electro-fused side-splitter Paris likes to call “Come Alive.” The track debuted to mixed reviews on Tuesday. The commentary on “Come Alive’s” ability to revive Paris’ presence on the charts ranges from “amazing” all the way to “hot mess.”
