The Grammy-winning “Umbrella” star beat out screen vets Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston to top the celebrity weekly’s list of Best Hair in Hollywood. High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens also received an Honorable Mention for her breathtaking mane.
