Rihanna has been spotted shopping for real estate in Hollywood Hills.

The Grammy-winning singer spent Monday afternoon looking at properties in the same exclusive section of Los Angeles where celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicole Richie and Cameron Diaz live. The 21-year-old is even believed to have viewed Christina Aguilera’s former Hollywood home.

“Rihanna just started her search. She looked at three homes with three assistants and a driver.”

“She was very quiet,” says Russ Filice of Sotheby’s International Realty, who showed Rihanna a three-bedroom Hollywood Hills home with “incredible views, a contemporary pool and is very private.”

‘”Her questions were centred around her lifestyle in the house; how she could entertain, how private it is. She was in a great mood.”

Russ says Rihanna didn’t bring up Chris during the viewings.

‘There were no scars, no bruises, no nothing. [She is] very sweet, very pretty.”

Rihanna currently lives in the quiet neighborhood of Los Feliz.
