Rihanna Gets Inked for Late Grandma
Another dat, another ink for pop tart Rihanna…
After hitting London to help mentor Jay-Z and Coldplay’s Chris Martin shut down the Paralympics, RiRi took to Twitter to debut her latest bit of body art for fans.
The tat of the Egyptian goddess Isis with her wings spread out is perhaps the singer’s largest yet. The image is positioned on top of Rihanna’s ribcage, just beneath her breasts.
The tattoo is tribute to Rihanna’s late grandmother — Clara “Dolly” Braithwaite — who lost a lengthy battle with cancer is July. She tweeted:
“Goddess Isis — Complete Woman — Model for future generations — #GRANGRANDOLLY — always in and on my heart #1lo.”
