According to court documents first obtained by CelebTV.com, the former Baywatch vixen recently voted the Sexiest Woman in Television History has filed for divorce against her Paris Hilton sex tape co-starring husband.

On Dec. 14, Pamela filed a claim for dissolution of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. Trouble began brewing for the couple almost immediately. In November, we reported that Rick had quickly become jealous of his new wife’s fame.

The couple tied the knot on Oct. 6 at the Mirage Hotel Las Vegas. It was the third marriage for both.
