According to a court order issued by a Georgia judge on Wednesday, 53-year-old Mark Owen McLeod “has knowingly and willingly committed repeated acts of stalking against Miley Cyrus, her family, friends, fellow employees and employers.”
Miley is filming her next movie, The Last Song, on Tybee Island, Georgia and nearby Savannah. In June, Tybee police arrested McLeod on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction. He allegedly tried to jump over security perimeter and obtain access to the movie set. After his arrest, McLeod told police that he was secretly engaged to marry the 16-year-old.

McLeod may not contact Miley or her family, friend, or fellow employees in any way.

He has been ordered to “not harass, threaten, molest, contact or attempt to contact, or in any other manner interfere with Cyrus, any member of her family, her friends, and fellow employees while at any place in Chatham County to include their residence, place or employment or any other public or private place.”

In addition, McLeod has barred from accessing Miley’s Twitter page.

A hearing on the matter will be held shortly.
