Sharp-tongued TV personality Kelly Osbourne remains in a Los Angeles hospital, where doctors are puzzled over why the 28-year-old suffered a seizure on the set of her E! series last week.

On Thursday, Kelly collapsed with convulsions during a live taping of the small screen hit Fashion Police. The punk rock princess — the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and The Talk’s Sharon Osbourne — is expected to remain at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a few more days, while doctors run more tests, including ones to see if she has epilepsy, TMZ said over the weekend.

A Osbourne family friend told Us Weekly:

“Nothing like this has ever happened to Kelly before and she was really scared. They are running every possible test. Could be epilepsy but also could be an allergic reaction or something else.”

But Kelly’s rep insists the star hasn’t been diagnosed with anything.

“There is absolutely no confirmed diagnosis regarding Kelly’s condition. She is under a doctor’s care and they are continuing to run tests. Kelly is fine and thanks everyone for their continued support.”

Sharon Osbourne took to Twitter Friday to express her gratitude to well-wishers:

“I want to thank everyone for their concern about @MissKellyO. She’s doing fine she’s at Cedars and is surrounded by the best doctors & love.”
