Posh fashion house, Bebe made an announcement on Friday. The designer line is replacing spokesmodel Mischa Barton with former Vickie’s Secret beauty, Rebecca Romijin.

Becks, who recently made appearances on the popular ABC dramedy Ugly Betty, just inked a one year contract with Bebe and will begin ad appearances in March.

Rebecca had a rough 2006, coming off of a divorce with actor John Stamos and living through the cancellation of her short-lived WB comedy, “Pepper Dennis.” The model seems to think that ‘07 will be her year:

“The company is so great and Manny (the founder of Bebe) is such a fantastic man.
I love their new dresses and i think it’s going to be a great year; I’m thrilled to be a part of it.”

And Bebe couldn’t be happy to have her: “Bebe continues to push the limits on sexy. In that spirit, Rebecca emodies key attributes of the Bebe brand - sensuality, sophistication and effortless beauty,” says the company’s CEO, Greg Scott.
