Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were arrested in western Texas this afternoon after allegedly skipping out on a $10,000 hotel bill in California, Presidio County Sheriff’s officials said.

Quaid, 58, and his wife are wanted in Santa Barbara County on charges of burglary, defrauding an innkeeper, and conspiracy. The Houston native and his spouse were arrested in the rural town of Marfa and are currently in custody awaiting arraignment.

The warrant sets the couple’s bail at $20,000 each.

Randy Quaid — the brother of actor Dennis Quaid — is best known for his role as a Saturday Night Live castmember and appearances in films like National Lampoon’s Vacation, Kingpin and Brokeback Mountain.
