Celebrity snitch Rav claims that Lindsay Lohan may not have chosen to wear the alcohol-anklet that has become an appendage to help her recover from her booze addiction, as reported by a La Lohan spokesperson. According to celebrity informants, officials at Promises Rehab strong-armed LiLo into wearing the device after she was caught downing Vodka in Red Bull cans during her ‘dry’ twenty-first birthday bash.

“Lindsay said her bash would be a quiet affair with soft drinks and pizza. However, she was secretly pouring vodka into cans of Red Bull and getting trashed,” says a mole.
