Prince Charles has been left red-faced after he “accidentally” invited nude burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese to perform Prince Harry’s 24th birthday party this September.

The royal met Dita at the Cartier International Polo Tournament in Windsor recently. After a pleasant chat in which he was told she was “a dancer,” Charles asked if she would like to perform at Harry’s upcoming b-day celebration.

“She was stunned when he suggested the idea, explaining that his son loved a good dance,” a tabloid insider giggled to The Sun on Tuesday.

“Poor Charles was so embarrassed when he realised what he’d done. He genuinely had no idea about her raunchy stage act. But he gnawed his fist to within an inch of its knuckle when his aides explained what sort of dancing she did for a living.”
