The third trimester of pregnancy is kicking Tori Spelling’s butt. The Oxygen Network reality star, who is currently expecting her second child with husband Dean McDermott, was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center two weeks ago suffering dehydration and a stomach flu.

A rep Tori tells Fox Entertainment that the Kiss the Bride star has made a full recovery.
