Jennifer Lopez remains mum on her her reported twin pregnancy, but the ‘Brave’ singer is exhibiting all the signs of an expectant mother with a number of bizarre food cravings.

She was recently spotted backstage at a show eating jalapeno peppers mixed with ice-cream. (Insert random sounds of gagging here) Jenn’s been telling friends that she’s taken to sending hubby Marc Anthony out on late night craving runs:

“She has been really craving Puerto Rican dishes like yellow rice with peas and coconut flan, so she sometimes sends him out in the middle of the night to their favorite restaurants for takeouts,” we hear.
