Friends of Jamie Lynn Spears are confirming her former brother-in-law Kevin Federline’s claims that the Nick actress has spent the first trimester of her teen pregnancy drinking, smoking, and partying. “Lynne knows Jamie Lynn’s starting to smoke, and she has caught her drinking,” a spywitness gushes to tabloid Life & Style. “She’s been known to smoke and drink. She’s starting to remind friends of Britney.”

“She’s been going out with her friends recently and staying out late. Her mom and dad are both worried that Jamie’s late-night partying isn’t good for her-or the child.
