The publication reports that the pregnant teen began dating USC-basketball star/rapper Lil Romeo after splitting with alleged Maybe Daddy Casey Aldridge.

Though Spears has ID’d Casey Aldridge as the child’s father, the New York Daily News hears she had been seeing rapper Lil’ Romeo.
