Popcrunch Tags Along While Tyga Films His 40 Mill Music Video
On Monday, it was reported that rapper Tyga was pulled over and handcuffed for recklessly driving a Rolls-Royce in a scene for his new music video 40 Mill, shot in South Central LA. He was eventually released at the sight but his bodyguard was arrested for investigation of possession of a gun not registered in California, according to TMZ.
On Tuesday, Tyga, who’s real name is Michael Ray Nguygen-Stevenson, had a run in with the police yet again.
He invited fans via Twitter and Instagram to join the video shoot for his single. “#40mill video shoot today nov 11 3pm @lastkings_co store 7829 Melrose 3pm..all fans invited!!” wrote Tyga on Twitter. This turned out to be a not so great idea. The Los Angeles Police Department was called, officers arriving looking like they were ready for battle, as they dispersed the crowd. The video shoot was shut down due to the concern for the fans safety. There were no arrests.
