Pink Katy Perry “I Kissed A Girl” “Trivial”

Pink doesn’t like Katy Perry’s successful single “I Kissed A Girl.”
Pink has slammed Katy Perry’s hit song ‘I Kissed A Girl” because she believes the popular summer single “trivialized being gay.”
While the Grammy-winning pop star is carefully to add that she admires Katy as an artist, she admits she did not like the young singer’s breakthrough hit.
“What did I think of Perry’s song?” “I thought ‘I Kissed a Girl’ was trivializing being gay. I’ve been speaking to my gay girlfriends about it, and they’re kinda put off by it. I’m not judging and comparing, though.”

I absolutely agree with Pink. I personally think Perry is just trying to gain attention with it and somehow I feel insulted. There’s nothing wrong with kissing a girl. I think we are in a society where being homosexual shouldn’t be considered unusual anymore and this song kind of still points out that it is not.
To me it seems like she just acts up to shock her parents. It disgusts me.
