Pink Copyright Infringement Lawsuit; Pink Sued For Copyright Infringement

Pink has been sued with a copyright infringement lawsuit by a musician who claims he has not been paid for work on the singer’s platinum-selling 2001 album, MISSUNDAZSTOOD. Kyle Jones, known in the music world as Scratch, claims he worked with Pink on the song Respect, but failed to receive payment for his contributions. He is seeking $717,600 (GBP358,800) in damages.

According to legal papers obtained by TMZ.com, Pink, her company Pinks Stuff, Inc. and her record label, Zomba have all been named in the lawsuit. Missundazstood is Pink’s most successful album to date, selling 12 million copies worldwide.
