Pierce Brosnan has been bitchslapped with an assault and battery lawsuit from the photographer who claims he was beaten up by the James Bond star earlier this year.

The fifty-four year old is rumored to have attacked celebrity snapper Robert Rosen in Malibu, California, in October. The Los Angeles County prosecutors decided not to press criminal charges , citing lack of evidence.

In legal papers obtained by TMZ.com, Rosen alleges an “out of control” Brosnan “punched, hit, struck, and attacked” him, using force that was “excessive, unlawful, (and) malicious”.

He also claims the injuries sustained from the attack will cause him to “lose earnings in the future.”
He is seeking undisclosed damages.
