Here’s a shot of La Lohan taking a swing at a photographer she claims tripped her up as she entered the Bowery Hotel in New York City on Sunday evening.

According to BuzzFoto: The photographer called 911 and the police came but told the photographer that they could do nothing as there was no physical damage inflicted.
