Two photographers filed suit against New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen in Manhattan federal court on Tuesday. The paps are seeking $1 million after claiming they were shot at during a post-wedding party for the couple in Costa Rica last April.

AFP photographer Yuri Cortes and photographer Rolando Aviles of Costa Rican newspaper Al Dia say Bundchen’s bodyguards narrowly missed their heads when the guards shot at their car after Aviles refused to give up his camera. No one was hurt.
