Adnan Ghalib, the celebrity shutterbug who spent a night in a hotel room with Britney Spears has given his first full interview about suspected roll in the hay to 20/20. The thirty-five year old married photographer revealed that he thinks the popwreck is “awesome.”

“I think she’s awesome. “I think she’s a great person…It’s unfortunate that she’s the way she is, because of the people she surrounds herself with.”

“She’s so unpredictable…she is lucrative in that sense.” Ghalib also told how Britney has come to rely on the paparazzo pack. He said: “I mean, if we’re not there, who’s going to pump her gas? “Just yesterday she asked me to escort her home. “Maybe the only friends she’s going to have that treat her with the respect that she deserves are going to be the photographers that work with her 24 hours a day. “It’s going to have to be us…I think we are her friends now. Until she tells us to go away.” Britney invited Adnan to join her at the five-star Peninsula hotel in Beverly Hills last weekend. He emerged smiling at 4am to buy cigarettes. Asked what he had been doing with Britney, he replied: “It’s hard to make babies when you’re just having lunch.”
