The 21-year-old Philadelphia Phillies fanatic was arrested Wednesday night after he allegedly vomited on an 11-year-old girl (on purpose) during the Phillies home game against the Washington Nationals. Cops in the City of Brotherly Love say Clemmens — who was already sporting a big, ugly shiner — made himself upchuck on an off-duty police captain and his young daughter after a friend was ejected from the park for unruly behavior. And if that wasn’t bad enough, when the boys in blue showed up to arrest the loon, he punched one of the officers and threw up — again — on another.

What an animal! This is the latest black eye on the face of Philly sports fans — who were left shamefaced last fall when Phillies fan Susan Finkelstein tried to prostitute herself on Craigslist in exchange for World Series tickets.
